The Temp Number

There needs to be a simple and quick to setup for a temporary phone number.  This could be be used by Craigslist listings, dating websites, internet sign ups, or any other instance where you don't want a creepo to keep calling.  I know there is Google numbers but the issue lies in the ease of sign up for this disposable number.
